screen print, digital print (dtg) or embroidery - what's best?

Screenprinting - Long lasting vibrant finishes. Cost effective for larger volume orders. Min quantity 26 units. 

Digital Printing (DTG) - Produces high definition images. Photographic replication. Good for lower volume orders. Min quantity 20 units. 

Embroidery - Long lasting and durable. Great for small logos and emblems. Adds a touch of class. Min quantity 20 units. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICE BREAKS FOR BULK DISCOUNTS?

For screenprinting   26-50 // 50-125 // 126-250 // 251-500 // 501 - 1000 // 1001-2000 // 2001 -3000 and so on. 

For DTG & Embroidery  20// 50 // 100 // 200 // 300 

What type of artwork do you require?

To get a great result, please supply artwork at 300dpi or above, set up at print size. We prefer AI or EPS files. If you're unsure, just send what you have and we can advise. 

do you stock other products not available on the website?

We stock a whole range of promotional items. From premium engraved waterbottles through to office stationary, eco friendly keep cups, USBS, high end gift sets and more. Just get in touch with our team with your requirements. 

WHAT IS A SET UP FEE?

Before printing anything, we need to seperate artwork, coat screens, expose the films and get the registration just right. This process is called the set up. If your design is printed on a dark garment it'll likely need a base coat to make it 'pop', also counted as a colour. If you reprint your design within 6 months the set up cost is waived.  

Set Up Costs  - Screen Print $50 per colour // Digital Print $15 per design // Embroidery $60 per design

HOW DO I USE YOUR ONLINE DESIGNER?

The online designer is a powerful tool that can help you lay down your ideas with a suite of decoration options. With a few clicks, you can add text, upload your own designs or images until you're happy with the final product. No design experience needed!

All the elements can be edited in multiple ways. Take some time to get familiar with designer and you'll be able to create a masterpiece in no time.

Remember, when it comes to artwork, size matters! If you're creating your own artwork for print, we reccomend exporting as a PNG with transparent background: RGB colour mode at 300dpi or above. 

But, if designing isn't your thing, no worries! Just drop us a line and we'd love to help out with your order.

Do you keep my art on file?

Yes, we will keep your artwork on file. We want to make it as streamlined as possible for you to order.

Can I specify a PMS colour for my print?

For screen printing, if you have a specific Pantone colour please advise and we will match it.  Digital prints (DTG) cannot be guaranteed to be an exact pantone match (although it'll be as close as humanly possible!)

How fast is delivery?

Generally for in stock items it'll take 7-10 days from the time your order is placed until delivery. Some products may take a bit longer. The exact number of days for delivery depends on your chosen shipping method and delivery address. If you need something delivered super fast,  get in touch - we can usually move heaven and earth to deliver on time. 

Occasionally one of our suppliers may run out of a certain size or colour item. In this instance we'll get in touch and see whether you want to wait for the restock, replace with another size/ colour option, or print on another garment.

What types of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and EFT transfer via our bank, details of which will be supplied upon order confirmation.

What if My delivery is missing goods or includes goods I didn't order?

You will only be charged for what you did order, and you might get a freebie or two. In the unlikely situation where you receive fewer items than you ordered, you will be reimbursed, or the order discrepancy will be resolved. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Prior to your order going in production, you are free to cancel or change your order at any time. Once goods have been printed with your branding we can't unprint. Please contact us immediately after ordering if you need to change or cancel your order, and our team will be happy to help. 

Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?

Of course! Your approval is required before any items go into production. 

Do you offer discounts on ULTRA high volume?

Does a one-legged duck swim in a circle? Yes, we do! Call us today to see what we can do. 

What if I’m not happy with my order?

In the unlikely event items ordered turn up not as expected, please contact our support team. We will be happy to refund you or rerun your entire order if required. We will even cover shipping if the problem is our fault. Our aim is to ensure you're happy with your order each and every time.
